Expedia.com Complaint - Can't get the right dates
I booked with Expedia by phone. When they sent my itinerary I did not notice they had booked the wrong dates. One week later my wife noted the discrepancy on the return flight. Despite many calls, talking with unhelpful supervisors I was informed it was "my mistake" because I did not notice this within "a reasonable time". All they "offered" to do is charge me a penalty fee to correct "my" mistake. Will never book with this company again and recommend no one to use their "service".
