Innovative Merchant Solutions An Intuit Company Complaint - Incompetent Boobs - Merchant Services

WOODLAND HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- These folks were to process credit cards for my business. All was well until I changed phone companies. Innovative Merchant Solutions could not get my terminal to work and stated I needed to purchase a new terminal, which I did. They could not program this terminal either. Weeks went by with no customer service from this company. I fired them and they immediately tried to charge my account several hundred dollars and continue to send past due notices. I have contacted them many, many times, by phone and by letter to clear up this matter.

In my opinion this company is totally unresponsive and incompetent. All they know how to do is charge. Service is not provided!

P.S. New company programmed both my terminals in a few minutes.
