JetBlue Complaint - Forewarned - screwed by jet blue
USA -- Jet Blue has "improved their service", so they say. Now, after years of being a "true blue" member, and charging everything on the Jet Blue AXP card, I find out that they have changed their system completely, WITHOUT any prior notification!! Now you need thousands and thousands of miles for just one short flight! AND, if you have any leftover true(now fake)blue points, you will have to call and be prepared to wait 40 plus minutes, only to be told "tough luck", so to speak!!I'll be dumping my 540 shares because I can't believe that this is even legal to do! Fondly, I remember the David Neeleman days of Jet Blue, when customers really had a voice. I hope the attorney general will investigate this shoddy treatment and change of policy...it's fraudulent!I hope everyone speaks up in whatever way they can, facebook, twitter, etc, because this bate and switch treatment is despicable!!! Please, SPEAK UP!!!
