T-Mobile Complaint - THESE PEOPLE RIP U OFF!!!!!!!!!!
GRANITE CITY, ILLINOIS -- I started a new contract with T-mobile February 6 here it is February 11 and they have turned my phone off because they said I didn't pay this months bill. 5 days and I have a bill already. And I have flexpay so I had to pay my first month up front... and if you have T-mobile you know that the customer service representatives don't even speak good English either. I have had nothing but problems with them already... and did you know that if you have really bad credit your cell phone service is about $20 cheaper a month. So I guess the people with good credit r being punished.
