Can Time Warner charge me a reconnect charge on a new install?
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- On January 27th I called Time Warner to hook up cable, the internet and a phone. customer service said it would be 89.99 a moth for all three for 12 months. The next day the tech showed up @7:50 for a 8am appointment, that was nice, but said that I was only getting cable and the internet.
I called back to customer service and they say I never ordered that and the is no special for that at this time. BUT it was advertised on line and on T. V. now they want me to pay 123.85 a month.
When I called about this reconnect charge they said it was because a previous tenet had there cable cut off. What the heck does that have to do with me. I never had Time Warner till now.
