Calvin Klein, Inc. Complaint - Rude personal behav'our of CK people in Turkey - Jeans
Jeans - Complaint
Dear Sir, Madame
As a frequent CK customer, my wife bought 2 pairs of
jeans from your franchise companies store of Istinye Park in Istanbul Turkey
However despite the promise of seller to change if size doesn't fit to her, the day
after she met very unpolite approach from store manager
ithout going into details of conversation we would like to share with you our
disappointment of such approach. We believe a brand such Ck should be represented
with more caring and trained kind people in local markets.
We already let your distributor known in Turkey and some of consumer website=
s meanwhile without having any tolerance versus such kind of rude attitude,=
we wanted to share this information with the owner or the brand which is CK US
We highly appreciated CK people's approach in world wide stores in many countries and
hope to experience same correct and need attitude through the people in Turkey even though this is franchisee

She didn't try them on before buying them?
IMO, all manufacturers sizes differ and I rarely purchase clothing items without making sure they fit first, even at the thrift store.
