Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Overcharged/Billing discrepancies
PAYMENT PROCESSING CENTER, ILLINOIS -- I have a problem with Dell. I purchased a desktop, 2 laptops and a Philips 19 inch LCD HD television. They are constantly adding finance charges to my account and telling me they have not received a payment. I did an online payment for $130 on 11/3/2009 and on 11/20/2009 I sent them an additional $75.00. I then paid $158.00 the following month and they kept asking for $123.00 extra. Add it up. I paid them over $300 and now they are charging me $69.00 per month in finance charges and $64.00 per month for the last laptop I purchased in Oct of 2009. They said I didn't make any payments which I have documentation that I did. I had my Credit Union to investigate and they found out that I did make the payment Dell said they "didn't get". Now they are charging me again for this "non payment" in the amount of $64 in addition to the finance charge of $69.00 per month. The supervisor "Moses" told me he had to hang up and he hung up on me. I was not irritated nor hollering but he was rude and they also refused to change a date for payment due to the credit union holding a check of mines for 5 days. I was told they would change the date and they didn't so now I'm paying $64 and $69 per month in finance charges. They are ripping me off and I will never deal with them again in this life.
