HICKORY, NORTH CAROLINA -- I wanted to make people aware of what to expect when buying what you think is an expensive piece of furniture and it turns into a huge, costly headache. Our first leather sofa and we have brought many sofas over the years but none so disappointing. We paid a fortune for it, we got the top grade leather thinking we would invest in the best. "Big Mistake." Wrong piece delivered and it took two months to get that corrected, We have an L shaped sofa that seats 10 people and every single piece had to be re-stuffed, arm pieces replaced, lounge chair mechanism's that do not glide open and close but stick and make it difficult to get out of the chair. complaints are heard and then put off, you are shuffled around, w after it was delivered I wanted to return it because it looked so horrible and I was told they do not take returns, they would try to fix what problems I thought there were but that was it. The man they sent here to fix some of the problems spent about 7 hours working on our furniture and did the best he could but it was still not right, better but not like a new sofa. The back of one chair is cocked the wood is bent and makes the back look broken, the stitching is poor and sagging and half the time I can't get the foot piece down because the mechanism is stuck yet again. I asked why it works so well in the store, he explained he works on every piece in there to make it look and work perfectly but it took lots of time. Six months latter and I still wait, one thing gets fixed while something else goes wrong. The leather is sagging, wrinkled and looks bad and this is after six months of use, when they say buyer beware I suggest everyone be wary next time No lazy boy but after spending so much on this it will be along time before I will be able to replace it. My husband saved for years to pay cash for our purchase do not make that mistake, no recourse, next time I'll charge and let them deal with the complaints and at lest you can stop payment until you get some satisfaction. As for me NO more Lazy Boy, ANYTHIN, EVER!
