AT&T Complaint - Should have never left Charter!
I never thought I would want to go back to Charter cable. I was VERY excited to finally have U-Verse installed, but I am terribly disappointed! The T. V. freezes CONSTANTLY! My family and I are on the phone with customer service seriously every other day with complaints. They advertise this wonderful opportunity to record up to 4 programs at a time...HOWEVER, when you sit down to watch those recorded programs half the time you are watching a frozen screen. ANNOYING!!!!! I do not recommend AT&T U-Verse cable. Stick to Charter or Satelitte!
