MetroPCS Complaint - Don't waste your time
WESTBURY, NEW YORK -- Metro PCS should have made sure they got all the kinks out before they opened their stores. If your thinking about metro because of their prices, I suggest you pay more for a while until they get it together.
If you call the store with a problem they let the phone ring and hang it up about 10 times before someone has time to answer. then they usually can't help you. Today, I told the store I lost my username, they said they can't help me and that I would have to call customer service, I told them I was on the phone with customer service for a half an hour trying to talk to a live person and couldn't get through. this guys tells me hold on, I'll get you a number I'm not suppose to give out but it will get you right through. it turned out to be the same number on the site, the same one I had called before. I finally got through an hour later and the very fast talking representative tells me she will send me an email, (which took her 4 tries to get it right, I don't know why because I do speak English, and so did she by the way), anyway...I guess she got the email wrong after all because I'm still waiting. This company is so stressful to deal with. Next time I have to deal with them, I'm going to take my blood pressure just for the heck of it.
I would love to cancel it by I got my son the touch phone and he loves it, I would hate to break his heart. I'm just hoping he will see another phone from another company that he likes very very soon.
