Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Poor service and is there anyone at the company to complain to?
I bought a notebook and printer. To keep this short-I have spent 20 hours on the phone with people who did not know what they were doing. I was 'disconnected' twice and when I complained, all I got was someone reading from a script. My original order came without word installed as ordered. Then I ordered 2 gigabytes of memory which when installled proved to be defective. Next, my first printer had a fault so they sent a second. The second printer took 7 hours to get working since the person on the phone kept making mistakes. I returned the cards and am waiting-3 days later- for the return label that was promised for theprinter. I have lost 20 hours of my life on the phone. I will never order from Dell again.
