Supplystore.com aka Onlinesupplystore.com Complaint - Gone Downhill Fast - No customer service, orders constantly screwed up
We have bought toners for our offices from onlinesupplystore.com for years without issue. Their prices were unbeatable by any local vendor by far and the orders came fast and correct. Can't say what changed there recently, but a warning to anyone, something did and it's time to shop elsewhere.
Our last three orders had toner cartridges fail within a few days, a completely wrong toner cartridge placed in a properly labeled box (recharged), and items deleted off order and not shipped with no explanation.
We put in at least 6 emails to them regarding wrong/ missing products and they fail to respond to any. They may not even be reading them now, or deliberately not allowing a "read" receipt to return. No phone number to call either. They say you can submit a request for a phone call from them, but again, it won't happen as they ignore all customer service correspondent vehicles.
Clearly they are having real problems there. The customer service completely vanished and the orders are now getting screwed up. Their cheap prices aren't much good if being offset with wrong products that are worthless to us.
Fact is, I found other places online with comparable, if not cheaper, pricing. Don't take the risk with these guys. I gave them 3 strikes due to our long term relationship, but they struck out anyway.
