BETHESDA, MARYLAND -- Jim Coleman Toyota had been sending email about the Toyota recall and was asking owner to make a schedule appointment for the repair service. The schedule which I have make was a week time from the e-mail confirmation of the schedule. Today, I have the recall repair service done, after two hours of waiting for the service, I was told by the repair manager that I will still have to come for another service done, since one of the parts that is needed for the recall repair is on back ordered. They have a week time on the assigned schedule, at least they should have inform me to reschedule the recall service. Driving on the road to the dealer service with some road still covered with snow is a stressful task already.
