T-Mobile Complaint - T-mobile= don't do it
ok so I got the ocean phone
didn't like it, got rid of it.
went back to Tmobile got a sim card with a temporary number on it.
Try to port my number back to Tmobile,
waited a day as instructed.
talk to Tmobile again, they say they can't port my number back.
so I cancel the temporary number because I want my number back.
they can't credit my card the money they owe me, they have to send me a check.
so I am giving the lady the correct address to send the check to because the guy that had me set it up couldn't put in the p. o. box where I receive mail.
about halfway through the address I lose signal WTF.
so I wait a min or two and still no signal.
THE DUMB GIRL CANCELED THE LINE WHILE WE WERE TALKING ON IT!
so I call back off the house phone to get the addy straight
talk to bob
Bob proceeds to tell me for the next hour and a half that they can port my number over, its illegal for them not to port it if I want it.
so I give him all my info to get a new line again
and then when it cones to terms and conditions I ask him what number is gonna be on this sim card that your gonna send me?
NOT THE NUMBER I WANT.
he says all I have to do is call back once I have it and we can port then.
I tell him we just went through this entire situation and that I was just calling back to give the dumb chick the addy.
i leave him with I will agree to your terms and conditions if you get me my number, those are my terms and conditions. I give him my home number to call back because he doesn't know if he can do it.
He never calls back.
I call back today to straighten out the whole refund thing since I am obviously not getting my number back through them.
THEY SENT THE CHECK TO THE ADDRESS IN THE SYSTEM ALREADY!
now I gotta wait for 8 more days to call back and have them cancel the check and reissue it to the correct address.
so now Sprint (helio is owned by virgin who is owned by sprint) owns my number so I gotta go Sprint now.
Its hard to think that I was a happy T-mobile customer for 6+ years.
And now that I have been lied to at least 7 times, I will probably tell everyone I know what a piece I think they are.
