FTD.COM Complaint - FTD.COM Don't Use Them

FTD, Today on Valentines failed to deliver flowers I order for my wife. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I should have learned my lesson the first time, but I'm real, I know things can happen, but to have it happen two times in a row is just BAD BAD business. FTD only placed the blame on others, they did absulutly nothing to try to make it right. This company can not be relied on. Spend your money elsewhere. Mj

Man needs a good lawyer, dr and florist.
Deal with a local florist that has connections for delivery out of state. I have been using the same local florist for over 40 years and never had a problem having something delivered out of State.

Valentines is on Sunday the 14th. Not today the 13th.

Rami, what time zone are you in? If you are in a country other than the US then this complaint makes sense. If you are in the US then you are a day early and the followers will be there tomorrow. :)

Few florists deliver on Sunday so the OP might have considered Saturday Valentine's Day and expected delivery that day. I do know many areas experienced extremely bad weather so perhaps the florists orders did not arrive as expected. Just giving them the benefit of the doubt this year.
