Juniper Bank Complaint - 1st time I've ever been late in 6years & no reversal of the late feet
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- I've been a card holder with Juniper Bank for over 6 years. For the 1st time in 6 years I was 2 days late on a payment. I called, explained why the bill would be late and they told me that I was already charged a late fee and that it could not be reversed. I even spoke to a supervisor. They call their reps "relationship managers". I was and still am extremely disappointed that this "relationship manager" could not reverse my late fee, especially knowing that I've never been late in 6 years and never carry a balance. They are not doing a good job managing my relationship. I've faxed in my complaint (and snail mailed it in) and have not heard back. Not only that but in this next statment I received, they've now also charged me a $2.00 minumum charge along with the $39.95 late fee. What a horrible company!!!
