Kurtis Chevrolet Complaint - Worst Service Ever - Chevy Avalanche and Impala

MOREHEAD CITY, NORTH CAROLINA -- I have had both of my vehicles, a Chevey Avalanche and an Impala in for service for the same problems, over and over and over again. Every time they are taken in there are more repairs to be done. And they can never repair a problem without me taking the vehicles back several times. They have my Avalanche now, this truck has been in for the 5th time for the passenger front end, always the parts were bad or it has just given out, it makes no sense. Now they tell me that it is a shock mount that is bad, even though it is the same noise same problem I have had before. When this truck was taken in last month they said they went completely though it to check all possible problems. Not only is the front end now messed up but they say there are another $1000.00 worth of repairs. I take a lot of pride in taking care of my personal belongings especially my vehicles. I drive this truck from home to work and back. It is far from abused. This has been the worst service I have expierenced ever. I have purchased Chevrolet products since I was 16 years old, for the last 30 years that is all that I have owned. These will be my last Thanks to Kurtis Chevrolet and there botched service!
