Toys R Us Complaint - Not Customer Friendly
ALGONQUIN, ILLINOIS -- Two pregnant daughters and a daughter-in-law in the past year, thousands of dollars has been spent at Babies R Us. Return policy is horrendous, customer service is horrendous (actually had a manager walk away from me saying she had another customer to take care of), exchange policy, again, horrendous. It doesn't matter if you have a receipt. Rewards programs? What is that about? I have questioned why I didn't get credited at certain times and only 1/2 the money other times. I am always told they just changed the program so I can't find out. My favorite is when I'm asked if I gave the cashier my rewards card. Isn't it their job to ask for it? I now have yet another crib ordered from Babies R Us (stupid I know - it was 25% off). We were told 7 to 14 days. We are at 14 days and now I'm being told 14 business days. Then why don't they just tell you 3 to 4 weeks? I'm pulling for Target to expand their baby department and give more selection.
