Comwave Complaint - Don't press "send"
TORONTO -- Gosh, where to start? There's just a slew of bad business with this company. It seems all companies when they first enter the market - but as they grow and become greedier, their customer service just shrinks!
When I first got the service, I didn't know that you shouldn't press "call" on your cell phone. There was no warning that I shouldn't do it. Anyways, my first bill came to over $250 because by pressing "call" I was in fact bypassing Comwave and going through my service provider. Comwave simply refused any wrong doing or even that they failed to warn a consumer about the importance of NOT pressing your "call" button.
Other stuff include increasing your rate and not informing you and billing a number that doesn't exist to your bill.
