Bank of America Complaint - Home Loan
January 2009 I applied for a home loan modification and was approved for the loan. I received the loan papers which I signed and had notary sign too, sent the papers in the Fedex next day envelope, I received a call about three weeks later stating they never received the document, I should add that I also faxed the documents as will to them.
After several conversation with them up about the mix-up they sent me another modification packet in April 2009 and then less then a week later I received another loan modification packet, so I called and asked which documents should I sign the first packet or the second? They told me to sign the first packet, which I did again and sent in the Fedex envelope they provided.
Again about three weeks I received a phone call stating I signed the wrong documents, grrr.
Called again about loan modification and they tell me I qualify and then after making numerous phone calls to Bank of America they say I didn't sign documents back in April 2009 so now I don't qualify.
So one more time I call and they offer a loan modification at a higher rate (which will still lower my payment)but I can't get to excited about this latest offer because I how some how they will jerk me around again, I can't believe that Bank of America is honest up front business, what happen to our tax dollars we bailed this company out of supposedly bankruptcy. All I'm asking for is some help from Bank of America to help me pay my bills. This has been going on for over one year and I see no end insight..
