Dish Network Complaint - Hard to cancel service and harder to start service @ $20/month
1. It was hard to cancel my service. Difficulty in returning equipment, another fee for box.
2. Hard to start service with another account and get $20/month for 1st year. 2 year agreement vs. 1 year, so they have the regular fee for a year, in the 2nd year, inflation OK.
3. Customer service is with a fee to fix something. Pay as you go.
NOthing wrong with that.
