Unauthorized Charges To Our Business Credit Card... - Complaint
Review by toughlady on 2010-02-16
Myfreeestimate. Com is the worst leads company I have dealt with. Actually I will never deal with another leads generating company again after this. All I wanted to do is inquire about information on how this company works and how it will benefit my company. I spoke with 2 representatives by the names of eric and chris (i repeat never ever give either one of these guys your credit card info or how about any info ever/never). They are inconsiderate to you as a human being and they will be happy to wipe your bank account clean without hesitation. The rudeness that came from their lying mouths were disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. Thanks to my fraud company caught these idiots taking my money with me actually purchasing something. They took over $5,000 out of my account witin 2 hours. Nothing was on my bank statement showing they were taking the money out but it is now gone. This company has no remorse for me, you or the next guy/girl. Never I repeat never ever talk or even go onto their website you will be sorry. This is not a company that will be able to help your company and I found that out the hard way and am now paying a lot of money for my mistake. This is a fair warning to all.

No one takes a rant typed in all caps seriously. You might want to take a deep breath, calm down and redo it.

Did they use your debit card or your credit card? If you are looking at your bank account, it has to be a debit card.

If nothing shows on your statement, how do you know that there is money missing? If your balance has changed, there HAS to be an entry to show the change.

Finally, if there is truly money missing, you need to be at your bank at 9:01 and fill out an affadavit of fraud. Remember though, if you do submit an affadavit, and it turns out that you gave them (either knowingly or unknowingly) your account information, you will be subject to the laws of perjury.

I would NEVER give anyone I do not fully trust 100% my bank account information. Youre asking for trouble. I dont know what people are thinking when they just throw out their bank information to anyone who asks.

If you're having to give out your bank account or credit card info for something that has the word "free" in it... it's not free.
