A Chief's Affair Complaint - A Messy Affair - Cooking Classes

Review by cobaltblue on 2010-02-16
ROSEVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- I was given a Christmas gift by my husband to attend a cooking class which was all about soups. The class was suppose to start in January of this year 2010. I called the company to get on the list for the class and had to leave a message. I did not hear from them for two days then I called back and was unable to communicate with them as the message line was full. I also emailed them and called the Chief's cell phone to no avail. I drove over to the business in Roseville, CA. only to find that the shop was not open the only thing up was a new sign for the business and paper on the windows.

I tried many times to contact them leaving my phone number and email information and have yet to hear from them.

Did your husband pay with credit card? The charge could be disputed with them for non-delivery of services.

I would have thought the name of the business would be "A Chef's Affair" if they were teaching cooking classes, but hey, that's just me.

I am sure the name of the business is 'A Chef's Affair.' A Chief's Affair or Pampered Cheif just doesn't make me think of cooking.
