Cost-U-Less Complaint - Incapable customer service

YUBA CITY, CALIFORNIA -- My husband and I went through cost-u-less and found our insurance getting higher and higher each month so we called the local office to get a lower premium. Less than a week later our old insurance came out of our bank account causing us to go negative. When we called our broker he said he sent a cancellation notice, but later we found he had sent it to our NEW insurance he had just set up for us. So now because of him we sit and wait to get our money back in the bank. We have spent so much time on the phone just trying to fix a mistake made by the broker. He has not returned phone calls we have made to him because he obviously knows that he is not a capable, or responsible manager. If you do use cost-u-less, do not count on them to do the job right.

I just gotten off the phone and I just gotten done written a letter along with the copy of the email from to of cost u less employees about how this matter will taking care. Its be two days am looking toward finding another Insurance company and file all necessary complaints to get this matter taking care of. So I understand how you feel.
