Best Buy Complaint - 2 days later & 2and a half hours on the phone and still no explanation
My first experience with Best Buy was great getting a credit card. then later in the week I am told an appliance was discontinued, no problem, I thought. So I called to get a comparable dishwasher which was cheaper than the one that was cancelled. Was on the phone for over a hour and a half trying to get this changed. Basically at the end when he finally said it was all straighten out. he then tells me I am over my credit limit and that he would not be able to get me a dishwasher and that he would transfer me to hsbc then I was cut off and tired of dealing with it., How can that be, when the purchase was cheaper then the one they discontinued. I got back on the phone again today. And I was told to call credit agency. Again I said forget it I was ready to cancel they 1800 dollar purchase. They have definitely wasted allot of my time and their service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I will go back to Lowes.
