Comcast Corporation Complaint - Former employee treated poorly
DENVER, CO, COLORADO -- I am a former COmcast employee. I left the company on 6/1/09. During the last few months of my employment, I was out on disability and had to make payments toward my medical benefits. Comcast paid a portion also.
However, in February of 2009, Comcast did not pay their portion of these "Health and Welfare" benefits, and the vendor that handles COmcast COBRA and issues like this one is telling me I have to get Comcast to pay their portion for that month.
I have made repeated calls to local HR, with no response. I located several contact numbers on the internet for Comcast, all of them are old numbers and have been reassigned.
Tomorrow I am going to contact the company HQ in Philadelphia. I dread this, as they seem to have no system in place to address the needs of a former employee.
