Chili's Complaint - Recently sent to the new terrible menu Chili's... hopefully there will be some action
I have visited your restaurant twice since you instituted your new menu. One trip was in Northridge, CA and tonight was in Thousand Oaks, CA. I cannot believe you are serious about what you are doing now. You used to be one of the BEST places to eat and you have traded quality and portion size to make a buck. Your garden salad is terrible, your tacos are ridiculously small and you charged me $13.00 for cajun pasta that barely filled a soup bowl. I used to be one of your biggest fans and am so disappointed to see you become a regular old restaurant. I really do hope there are others out there that feel the same way so you will see the light. At least when I am overcharged at Claim Jumper or The Cheesecake Factory there is something to take home. If you are going to make your food worse and your portions smaller do me the favor of not insulting me by charging the same price (or apparently higher) than you did before. It is truly a shame that this has happened and I only hope corporate bureaucracy does not prevent you from righting the wrongs you have created. You have lost my decade old business and that of many other unhappy customers. Very sad.
