Sears/sears appliance service Compliment - Finally professional appliance repair

IRONDEQUOIT, NEW YORK -- We bought a magtag refrigerator after our old one died on xams morning. I am more than happy with it so far. my husband noticed the ice maker had no wire arm coming down to stop the ice maker from producing ice. I called the repair center and it was easy to make an appointment. they called a day ahead of time, then the technician called 20 minutes prior to showing up. he was professional and very curtious. turns out the refrigerator is a very new model and has no arm that sits in the ice, it comes down automatically. my repair man kevin called the head office to get technical specs and explained the mode of operation perfectly. kudos to Sears for having such pleasant, knowlegable people.

With so many complaints, it's nice to hear something good about Sears repair guys. I've had my share of deliveries and service calls, and the people are always knowledgeable and professional. Sometimes I think the nice ones only come to my house, but now I see you've had a good experience, too! I wish more people would take the time to share good news.
