BOSCOV Complaint - BOSCOV BAD SERVICE

I ORDERED AN ITEM AT BOSCOV ONLINE, MY PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE YESTERDAY 2/15/2010. I WAS HOME WAITING, I WAITED AND WAITED, THE DOOR BELL NEVER RANG. I CHECKED THE STATUS ONLINE, MY SURPRISE, “”” UPS HAS DELIVEDERED THE PACKAGE”” AT 4:55 PM, I WAS HOME AND NEVER HEAR THE DOOR BELL, NO PACKAGE OUTSIDE OR AT THE RENTAL OFFICE.. I WENT OUTSIDE LOOKING AND WALKING AROUND, NO PACKGE AROUND.. IT WAS A VERY SMALL PACKAGE.. I WONDER IF THE DRIVER THOUGHT IT WAS A PIECE OF JEWERLY..

I CALLED BOSCOV TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME, I NEENED THE ITEM/PACKAGE FOR THIS SATURDAY. THEY CANT DO ANYTHING FOR ME.. JUST DO AN INVESTIGATION THAT LAST FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS, AND THEN MAYBE GET A REFOUND, I ASK IF THE CAN SEND ME THE ITEM AGAIN, WITH A 2 DAY FREE SHIPPING… THEY SAID NO, THEY WILL CHARGE ME AGAIN, WONT WARANTY THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE ITEM BY SATURDAY… WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT FOR SUCH A “$$””NICE”””$$” STORE.. WALMART HAVE A BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE.. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING SOMENTHING IN THAT STORE..AND MAYBE THE LAST ONE…

Have you filed a complaint with UPS?

Shouldn't your complaint start with UPS for claiming they delivered a package that they didn't? Can't you understand why the merchant would be questioning this and not just shipping you out a new item?
