Travelocity Complaint - company refused to change method of payment
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- when the reservation was booked for a flight, it was done on the wrong credit card. I merely attempted to get them to change it from my personal credit card to my business card and they REFUSED. Spoke to a supervisor HE REFUSED. Gave me some line about the system being unable to process such a request. Having now read many horror stories about this company it is obvious that they could care less about meeting a customers needs. Any moron with a manual credit card imprint machine could issue a credit to one card and a debit to another. It is mind boggling given I did not want to cancel the flight - merely shift the method of paying for it and they refuse to meet my needs. I will never do business with such a disgusting outfit again..... I hope they rot in hell.
