T-Mobile Complaint - Terrible Service Horrible Wasting My Time
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- T mobile customer service is terrible, I was bounced back and forth and so frustrated, all those customer service.
I had a prepaid account with T mobile, they automatically deactivated my prepaid account and put me in a monthly, they just stole my money in my prepaid account and deactivated it.
I explained to every customer, they just find I did not reach the right department, I asked them if I can talk to their supervisor, they told me their supervisor is busy now and hang up.
Can you believe that I can to spend almost hour keep calling and finally just get a response they are not the right department and their supervisor is busy and they hung up on me, that is the way customer service of T mobile handle their customer.
I swear I do not ever use T mobile again, thanks for stealing my money from my account and closed my account.
