LG appliances Complaint - LG refrigators and Microwave
First, our refrigerator needed a repair for the freezer heater just after the warranty expired. It took over a week for the part to come in and and the repair made.
Our microwave has had the power unit replaced 2 times since the original purchase. The first time also just out of the warranty period. The unit now has a loud intermittent vibration during operation that cannot be located. In discussing this problem with LG customer service supervisors, I get lots of lip service but they will not doing anything about the problems.
I have never had such poor quality in both the products and the nature of their customer support.
DON'T BUY LG. Life is Good for them but not us.
