I bought my computer in the fall of 2008 it had 4 hard drives to date 6 have whent bad and had to be replaced twice I lost everything and had to reinstall windows. during this period I sent my computer back to builder twice. One time it was damaged badly by ups and they dissalowed my claim cost extra 652. dollars. I am sure that all was caused by seagate drives failures. I bought my free agent pro to store a lot of picturs and important data I have had it about the same lenth of timeWhen I tried to use it to reload my computer it has failed completely. I wrote seagate sales a letter about my problems 2 weeks ago, no response from them to put it mildly byer beware, they ntruly suck. Jerry Walker
