Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Photosmart C7250 failure after 15 months
Just ended an over 2 hour online chat with HP support, where they came to the same conclusion I did: my HP Photosmart C7250 has had a hardware failure after a mere 15 months of light use. I see from this forum, and many other internet postings that I am far from alone. It's amazing that HP's engineers have planned obsolesence down to such a science: their products fair just barely after the warranty expires, with amazing regularity! This experience, coupled with another with a Presario V5000 has convinced me: I will NEVER buy another HP/Compaq product, and I will make certain that all my friends and family never do, either!
