Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Dell Customer Service
I write this review as I remain on hold with Dell Customer Support. I have been on hold (music playing) with Dell for 40 minutes. We own a total of 5 computers in our house. Only one is a Dell. The video card died and is under warranty. This is the second call to them today. The first call I spoke with 3 people, each telling me that they needed to transfer me to a different dept. for help. That lasted for 40 minutes until I was disconnected. I am now on the second call and have spoken to 2 people and still on hold. In a world with failing companies in the U.S. and slow sales you would think that Customer service would be paramount. Not so with Dell. O'k so as I type this after 35 minutes of being on hold I reached someone. Guess what..They say I need to talk to someone in a different area of support. NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH DELL.
