I ordered an arrangement for a sick relative in the hospital. I had all the information except the room number. That shouldn't matter because a florist does NOT deliver to the room. Flowers are taken to the front desk of any hospital and a volunteer delivers them to the room according to patients name! The next day flowerforyou e-mails me that my order is being held pending room number at the location I gave them to be delivered. Now mind you I get home at 6:30pm so that is when I checked this e-mail and called them back after making several calls to get the room #. They could not guarantee me next day delivery. The following evening my relative was being discharged and flowers STILL not there. I called flowersforyou back and gave a home address for the delivery, this was on a Saturday, I was told the home deliver could not get there until Monday!!! This is 5 days after the order has been placed. I demanded a refund.

I will NEVER EVER use this site and I'm telling everyone.

Is it onlineflowers.com or fromyouflowers.com? Your title/subtitle include both, and in looking at their websites, they appear to be different companies. Are they the same, or just one using a DBA title?

I would think a room number would be needed. What if there are two patients with the same or similar names?

As you stated you had all the information except the room number, how hard would it have been for you to obtain the room number BEFORE you ordered the flowers? And some small hospitals do have the florist deliver to the room. Regardless you didn't have all the information needed for delivery.

I agree with you this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I do not understand how they can sill be in business after breaking so many contracts with individuals. Please file as many complaints against this company that you can.

I just wanted to let you know that the arrangements you sent for my mother-in-law's funeral were very lovely. I wasn't able to attend the funeral, however, my daughter and her three sons did and they took pictures. The arrangements were beautiful and I wanted to let you know that."
