Starpoint Resortgroup/Geo Holidays Complaint - Watchout The People Lie

Review by ironman1575 on 2010-02-21
LASVEGAS, NEBRASKA -- We were on vacation in lasvegas and got hit up at a shopping mall for this time share they offerded free trip plus free shows if we listened to their sales pitch. we were then suckered into signing a contract for a timeshare. they said our hawaian vacation was totally free. we latter found out it would cost $500 dollars just for airfare. Plus whatever they charged us for hotel stay. Plus their would be no other charges other than 0ur mortgage again they lied. plus they said we could sell or cancell this service if we couldn't afford or weren't happy yet again they lied. over all I would stay far far away from this company.

only you are to blame for signing the contract.

Suckered? They forced you maybe by gunpoint to sign a legal contract. Were all these perks you talk about "Hawaiian vacation, no other charges, you could sell or cancel" in the contract? If not they can promise you the moon but unless it is in the contract it will not fly. What I think happened was you got greedy and wanted all this stuff but when you found out you didn't get it, you yelled "Suckered" READ before you sign next time, you learned a lesson or did you?

It doesn't matter what anybody says verbally when there's a signed contract involved. Are you saying you didn't read it before you signed?
