DGD (Discount Garage Doors) Complaint - They Don't Stand Behind Their Work

2 Months ago they installed new rollers on my garage door. Yesterday I was able to open my door but it wouldn't close. I called them and they tried to walk me through some help ideas. Nothing worked and they said they had no one to come on Sunday but first thng Monday morning February 22,2010 They would be here. At 8 am they called and said the repair guy's truck broke down and they had no one else to send today and we would have to wait till Tuesday. They also said since my car was out of the garage and they had new customers whose cars are in the garage they would have to service them first.

Guess money talks and warranty waits. I advise anyone thinking of using them don't.

It sounds like they are going to stand behind their work, but not immediately.

Maybe that is why they have the word "Discount" in their name. You do, in some cases, get what you pay for.
