5-11, GINZA 4-CHOME, CHUO KU, JAPAN -- My R1900 printer works fine but I've been through hell to try to get the $200 rebate they promised in 4-6 wks. It has now been ELEVEN weeks and the only response I've gotten from their customer NO SERVICE the four times I've called is "You rebate is in our system" and a promise that the check should be coming soon. How does a person DEAL WITH such a corporate attitude?
