Sprint Complaint - Sprint Telephone - Residential Long Distanc
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- I received the December bill and paid it online with a creditcard which returned a confirmation number. I thought this was the last bill for my cancelled service. Then I receive the January bill with late charges for the December bill. I call Sprint and get passed to the finance department where I open a dispute for the missing December payment. I am told by Emma not to pay any more bills until the dispute is rectified. I disregard that to pay the January bill. Several phone calls late I believe all is well and the original December bill without additional finance charges is being charged to my creditcard. And then, I receive the February bill with more finance charges and no relection of a December or January payment. I call Sprint the same day and am passed to the finance department and placed on hold several times totaling quite some time. The December payment could not be located and they seemed surprised I was not informed, however; the Janauary payment was in the system. The service department remove the late fees and reduced the bill by the amount of the January payment which they had received. This would take approximately 72 hours to be reflected online. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I told my story to Roger Fairbrother. In the end, I wasted over an hour of my time during a 4-week period for an $11.71 bill which I have now paid online by creditcard, again. Thanks Sprint.
