Cox Communications Inc Complaint - Completely not happy
I DO not like cox communications for my cable service. the on demand never works, its sluggish when you push the channel up and down buttons and they never have anything half way decent to watch on their "awesome on demand feature"that you pay more for. I had direcTV before I switched to cox and it was sooo much better. you don't have a receiver in every room so in the other bedrooms you only have like 70 channels to watch. my kids like to watch cartoons right when they are going to bed but they can't because there are only TWO cartoon channels that they get on their TV, and most of the time at night there are no cartoons on those TWO channels! I am very unhappy with cox. Now, I haven't had any problems with their customer service, but then again I have only had cox for 2 weeks so we'll see. anyway if you have the option to get other cable/satelite service I would if I were you!! ecspecially if you had direcTV before! thanks for reading.
