Medco.com Complaint - 3 Weeks And No Meds.

DALLAS TX. -- The first time I used Medco it took a long time to get my meds. I said will it was the fist time. The second time will I am still waiting I called 3 time and they say it will be shipped out in 2 days its been 3 weeks and no medications yet!!!!!

I will no longer use this service. Even if its cheaper.

Shouldn't take that long. You may want to call and ask to speak to a Supv and ask what the hold up is on the meds. They may be encountering a problem with either the RX or the method of payment. Or it could be lost in transit.

I would take MedCo over NextRx any day. Had to switch due to change in insurance. I had better service with MedCo. My meds were here within 3 days after ordering. With NextRx--each time there is some problem that necessitates a phone call or two: shipments that failed to be sent--stuck in processing etc.

Having said that--when do you reorder? Do you wait to the last moment or do you give your self some extra time.

Do as goduke suggests and call the supervisor and see what the hold up is. They should send out overnight at no charge if they delayed the shipment.
