Mercantila.com Complaint - Bad promises - Do not expect your refund
I ordered a Bar from mercantilla. the service was good at that point. When I received the bar, there was a slight problem with one of the doors. I informed them. There was a prompt reply the same day offering a 10% partial refund- which I accepted. They said the refunds are processed with in 2 - 6 Business days. Its been More that 20 days and I have made many calls. every time I am told that they don't know why it has not been processed and they will ask the accounts department to do so ASAP.
I am seriously considering filling a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I have all the emails to support my case.
