Time Warner Informative - Service Disruptions Tactics
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I have had serious service issues with Time Warner Cable in regards to HBO
On at least three separate occasions, Time Warner Cable has deliberately turned off regular HBO service at my apartment due to not having some new device to be installed due to the conversion from analog to digital service.
When I contacted their customer service to explain the service was working fine and there was no need for it, they turned it back on.
However on the third occurrence last month where they turned HBO off again, they refused to turn it back on insisting that I needed to get their device from them.
When I contacted the Time Warner customer service representative on the phone to see if I could speak to the supervisor, the service representative said she would not be able to speak with me over the phone and instead put some negative notes on my account.
I have always been a good paying customer, but this is absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever had with a company to do business with.
