Lowe's Complaint - Poor customer service
TEXAS -- To make a very long story short, Lowe's took 4 months to deliver my flooring for our new home. We were to have wedding at our home, and [aid Lowe's an incredible sum to deliver and install this flooring as a remodeling project. No phone calls were returned, got the run around from the employees all the way up to the store manager, and even from corporate. They offered a discount, but that's kind of pointless isn't it? From what I have heard since this began, lots of people have had similar experiences with Lowe's. We are very unhappy with this company and obviously, they have lost our business for any future home improvement projects.
