Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Worst Customer Service Ever! Online Chat Representatives are very rude and irresponsible
This is what happened to me today.
I had a question about a HP printer. So when the online chat popped up, I accepted it and chatted with the first representative. He gave me a phone number to call. I did follow his instruction to call, and the second representative over the phone just quickly transferred me to another person (the third person) after taking my personal information. The third person did not know answers to my question. Fortunately, she was polite. But she just kept recommending me products that I was not interested. Finally, after her long talk, she did not answer my question and again tried to referred me to another number.
I got tired by kicking me around between representatives. I thought the original number I got from the online chat might be incorrect. So I went back to the online chat. Rose was there and she again tranferred me to another person called "Robert" after the standard message. I told Robert what happened, and I was very disappointed by the fact they just kick me around without solving the problem. Then he just cut the line very rudely. I tried to connect again and this time the chat window was directly turned off by them. I guess they saw the same IP address so they just disconnected.
This is the worst customer service I have experienced so far. The online chat person called "Robert" should be laid off since he treated customers so badly.
I have been using HP laptops for many years to conduct projects. Now I am seriously considering switching to Mac pro and other-brand printers . I am speechless about such a bad customer service.
