Team Mobile Complaint - Promotions
Does anyone else out there think that this company sucks completely with regard to the specials and promotions it offers ONLY to their new customers? We were customers of this company for four years, and we asked to be given some of the priviledges that new customers were getting- there was a significant difference in our service plan versus some of the more recent ones. As ridiculous as it sounds, they advised us to end our agreement with them and then renew it to receive the new benefits! What a waste of my time. Hopefully, as we are now with Sprint, things will be better.
