Cleare Compliment - Clear, why so much Complaining? AMAZING

I had signed up with Clear Pick 3-HOME VOIP and USB Mobile. Hooked up the Home Modem got 5 bars after 3 minutes of waiting (boot sequence and scrolling). Hooked it to my router and phone. Realized phone was NOT working. So I put that aside to setup my USB Modem-as I suck at reading manuals I just called Tech Support. Tech Support said that I had the router and VOIP setup wrong. Tech walked me through connecting the Modem -> VOIP -> Router (Linksys) -> Desktop and WiFi Laptop. All is good. Then Tech got me to download driver (took 2 minutes for 31mb) from website, installed it, put the USB in and didn't work and had 10/10 bars. Tech told me to turn WiFi off on my Laptop, did so and BAM it WORKED! :D .. I am on the unlimited plan/1.0up and I hit 6-7mbps sometimes 4-5mbps but I am happy. No issues with VOIP, just wish there was a Line 2.

I guess what it is, just a matter of trying it and if having issues then Tech Support solves it. Not only that they have Online 24/7 Web Help when I have general questions, like when my router didn't work-online service said to powercycle (connected to it through my USB Modem). ANd it worked.

Perhaps just a matter of location?
