Infinety Insurance in GA Complaint - Poor Quality & Customer Service

GEORGIA -- I filed a claim with Infinity over 45 days ago and I'm still getting the run around. My agent hasn't answered my phone calls in over a week. However, the few times I talked to someone they just say my claim is under investigation and should be closing within a week. I have heard that statement 3x already. Do you think they would be so patient and nonchalant if I /you were that late with your payments?

If you are looking for a decent insurance company, look somewhere else. This company is based on poor customer service and unfair claim practices.
