DirecTV Inc Complaint - Worst Experience Ever!!!
DO NOT ORDER DIRECT TV! When the technician came out to install the service, he wasted 3 hours of my time and drilled numerous holes through my roof as well as my hardwood floors just to explain to me that they were not able to get a signal and I could not have the service! Isn't this something he should have checked for prior to ruining my house? It also took him 3 days to come back and remove the hideous satellite from on top of my house. The next day I received back to back calls from direct TV asking me the same questions over and over to try and convince me not to cancel a service that I COULDN'T EVEN GET! Then, they proceeded to take $500 out of my bank account for an early cancellation fee! I called customer service constantly to attempt a rebate for this money and to talk to a supervisor. No one would help me with the issue and no one seemed to know what was going on!
It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have the money back in my account and am encountering numerous overdraft fees!!! DO NOT ORDER DIRECT TV!!! I know have Dish TV for only $37 on three TVs when direct TV was going to charge me $60 a month for only one!
